The MPO is required to develop an Annual Listing of Obligated Projects, including investments in pedestrian and bicycle facilities, for which Federal funds have been obligated in the preceding year. The listing shall be consistent with the categories identified in the MPO's Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) and be made available for public review. The Annual Listing of Obligated Projects for Federal Fiscal Year 2023 is now available.
