The CareGivers NH, part of Catholic Charities NH, provides the Caring Rides program serving clients in Greater Manchester and Nashua areas including—Amherst, Auburn, Bedford, Candia, Goffstown, Hooksett, Hollis, Hudson, Litchfield, Manchester, Merrimack, Milford, Nashua, and Plaistow.

The goal of The CareGivers NH is to help the elderly and disabled remain living in their homes for as long as possible. The CareGivers NH recruits, screens, trains, and coordinates volunteers to offer presence and assistance to those in need. They provide non-medical services such as transportation, assistance with grocery shopping, free food packages, friendly visits, and more.

Eligibility: 62+ age or Physician verified disability and Income limitations.

Requires at least a 10 day in advance request for a ride.
