Due to the State of Emergency declared by the Governor as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and, in accordance with the Governor’s Emergency Order #12 pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, the NRPC and committees are authorized to meet electronically. Agenda topics to include:
- Gravel Road Maintenance
- Russ Lanoie, an expert on gravel road maintenance, will join us to discuss the various issues involved in taking care of gravel roads. He has produced a manual on basic maintenance for these roads which can be downloaded at A Ditch In Time - Rural Home Technology
- Andrew Smeltz will summarize the findings of the Mason Road Surface Management Systems project, which included gravel and paved roads.
- Ten Year Plan Project Priorities – The final project priority list will be presented and a recommendation made to the MPO Policy Committee for approval. action item
- Transportation Alternatives Program update
