True Value Provides Opportunity to Recycle Fluorescent Bulbs Across the state, True Value hardware stores have partnered with the NH Department of Environmental Services to provide homeowners and small businesses with a convenient way to recycle fluorescent bulbs.  Locally, Belletete's True Value is Nashua is participating in the program. They are accepting 4 ft, 8 ft, and the smaller bulbs, with a limit of 6 bulbs per week per customer. For a complete list of all participating True Value stores in NH, click here.
