Energy Facilities Advisory Committee (EFAC)

The NRPC Commission formed an Energy Facilities Advisory Committee (EFAC) in response to the proposed Northeast Energy Direct Pipeline, a project of Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, LLC.  The EFAC conducts fact findings regarding the impacts and benefits of construction and operation of energy facilities in the region on local land use, environment, and economic development, and the effects on the orderly development of the region; and to report findings and recommendations to the full NRPC Commission.
